      How Do I Place An Order?

If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via one of the courier companies. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication. After placing your order you will be able to track it's process in real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order ships, the courier tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress through the courier company system.

We ship to almost every country you can think of. if you are unable to select your country at the checkout phase, please contact Service.

Normal delivery time for regular shipping is 10-14 business days from shipping date. EMS & Fedex Ground takes about 4-7 days from shipping date.
(In some rare occasions delivery may take up to 21 days).

We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.

We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication.

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes with FEDEX. Orders with P.O. Box as an address will be shipped with EMS/USPS.

Please note: We can not be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in his country.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.

We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.

      How long do orders take to arrive?

We ship our orders daily on a first in first out basis. We use registered International Airmail, or Express Mail Shipping (with additional charge) all of our orders with the final delivery time dependant on the reliability of your postal service. Orders generally arrive within 14 business days, but a small percentage of orders can take longer, due to delays in various postal services or other factors beyond our control, like higher than usual customs scrutiny due to current World events. In the event of a non delivery after 14 business days we will re-ship free of charge.
